At the start of the year i was 13 stone, somehow i have managed to get myself to 17 stone, i have had a rough 6 months and i no thats no excuse, but i comfort eat ALOT and now this has happened.
Today i went to tescos to get salad and bits, i came out with salad and bits plus a curry ready meal which i have just eaten with other bits. i now feel sick with myself.

Today was a bad day :(
